This guy in the middle...
he's my "little" brother
and he is leaving on his mission on wednesday.
When we left I cried. and cried.
He is soooo funny and has always lightened the mood in our home filled of estrogen. He's put up with a lot from my sisters and I. and has been completely spoiled by my parents. You can't help but love him... he's a sweetheart too. While we were visiting for Thanksgiving it happened to fall on the weekend of his farewell. I have never seen so many kids at a farewell. OH MY GOODNESS!
He will sure be missed!
can't wait to hear about his adventures in Cuernavaca, MEXICO!!!
WE LOVE YOU SEANER!

i have been soooo anxious to share this news with everyone...
Maybe a lot of people don't know, but Bradley was adopted.. and this past like 6 months have been crazy because we weren't like full heartedly(is that a word), desperately searching to find his birthmother, but it just kind of happened and went more smoothly than finding any birthmother could be. So... I must share how it all began..
brad had only wanted to learn more about his birthmother/family/health history when he got back from his mission when he was 21. he always knew he was adopted and is sooo grateful for his parents and the family that he has. so he registered on the websites where if a match was found each side would be notified, but nothing ever happened. when we met and he told me he was adopted it sparked my curiosity as well. we would talk about it every once in a while and he would always say i feel like i've done what i know i can and she hasn't registered so there's really nothing else we can do.
last year my sister got pregnant and adoption was all that brad and i could think about. both of us thought that she would be better off placing her child for adoption and that way she could finish school and do whatever else her life had in store for her. we talked about this a lot since there was always conversations about her pregnancy. my mom mentioned that a girl that i went to school with was a birthmom and talked to my sister about adoption. this certain girl is amazing in the birthmom "world" she is involved in scholarships for birthmoms and other events to promote adoption. i decided to see if she knew anything about finding a birthmother and what do you know? she sure did! we gave her the information we had and she contacted one of the social workers on brads adoption. this social worker just HAPPENED TO KEEP A JOURNAL.... (taught me the importance of journals...) and read to us the events surrounding the three days between brad's birth and her placing him in his parents loving arms. how amazing was that?... pretty amazing i'd say.. brad didn't say much, but maybe cause i'm such a girl i was freaking out. BAD!!! after that things just happened and within a week or so Brad received a call from his birthmother he wasn't able to answer so she left a message and her name Jodi A. You best believe we were trying to find out anything we could about her and her family until brad was able to talk to her the next day.. that included doing some facebook stalking..... :) it was so wierd! So they talked and we had emailed and facebooked (again a word??) one of her daughters and got to know a little bit about them and made plans to meet a month later during our trip to Utah. sooo the day has come and gone and it was such a neat experience. Brad has had a lot of questions answered and now has this part of his life that he had been wondering about. He spent time alone with her and her husband and daughters, then later on I came and we met their family (aunt, uncle, cousins, grandparents). So sorry for the lengthy post! and now a gazillion pics..
Brad and Jodi
The whole family (- jodi's brother who lives in idaho.) left to right Davis and Kelsi(cousin), Kolton(cousin), Alex(1/2 sister), Me, Sam(1/2 sister), Brad, Jodi, Glade, Julie(aunt) and Bill, Grandpa and Grandma on the floor- Korbin and Kayla(cousins). (hope I got the names right!) Brad with Grandma-She has dimentia and cant talk and I'm not sure if she understands all that much either, but something was going on that night and brad could not leave her sight or side at times. I really think she knew exactly who he was.Us with Jodi's familyAunt Julie, Brad, Jodi, and Gma and Gpa see any simliarities???? :)
Hope you enjoyed our little news! brad's cleaning so i better go help....

Well I have been completely absent for a while... so much is going on and i have a tiny bit of an addiction to pintrest and that therefore takes up any free time that i have... believe me BRAD HATES PINTREST... with a PASSION!!! whats new... hmm well lately I have decided that when one door closes a window really is left open for you. 1.DOOR CLOSING: wanting a baby so badly probably isn't the best thing for us right now. So after brad and i discussed that issue... WINDOW OPENING:about a month later we were able to get Roxy... almost by chance. She is now my baby and I love her to death. I am learning that waking up at 6:30 or earlier is not my cup of tea and I have a lot to learn before we make any more additions to our family. Ever since we got her I have been at peace. General Conference added to that peace. I am truly happy and love life, unlike the Diondra we all knew from this time last year.. (not the best moments of my life). 2. DOOR CLOSING: Brad didn't get the job at the big law firm in Phoenix that practices exactly the type of law that he wants to. He was pretty bummed and so am I. Phoenix seems like a great fit for us. We still haven't heard from the Las Vegas firm he interviewed at, but as brad was hymn humming tonight... I'll go where you want me to go...(even if it means staying in Tucson) I know that Heavenly Father has a plan for us and even though we got this bad news.. WINDOW OPENING: even better news was given to us tonight. I'm not able to share that news right now, but as soon as i can I promise I will!!! (i'm not pregnant.. so keep guessing.) On a sad, but joyful note, a girl that I danced with on the Minerettes passed away this weekend. She was always so inspiring and smiling! She had cystic fibrosis and always had problems breathing, but despite that disease she worked just as hard if not harder than a lot of the girls on our dance team. She was 20. It breaks my heart and makes me so grateful to be healthy and to have healthy friends and family. I think we take that for granted way too much. So love your life and be grateful!!!! I'm so happy to know that she is in a better place breathing freely. I'm grateful to know that families are eternal and that we will be together with our loved ones again. It brings great peace. If you want to learn more about eternal families check out this site... http://mormon.org/plan-of-happiness/ Anyways... thought I'd do a quick update! Night!

Trevor. Hall.

So friends and family... Last week I found out my favorite singer probably of all time.. came to Tucson. I cannot tell you how happy no ELATED i was to find this out the night before his show. Needless to say... bradley had way too much to do for school.. and I'm pretty friendless still... no one like schnyde to do crazy things with me just yet... So i went ALONE and it's funny because in high school i would do this all the time. i enjoyed going to local bands all the time at kilby court and velour and that music shop they had in south towne mall for a bit that it really doesnt bother me. this was my first solo act married however so i did find it more difficult for pre-trevor music... but when that man came on stage nothing mattered ha. I. LOVE. HIM. so.. if you havent heard his music please check him out... http://youtu.be/kgtYi_nS1aM ... or this one... good rain http://youtu.be/Yu9ljovg61c whenever i go to his concerts i feel so good! his music is so refreshing and new and just seriously puts me in the best mood. that good rain is just like the primary song love one another.. and totally applies to my life right now. ah love it... good night all
Since my puppy won't cooperate... this is exactly what she looks like... minus the bow.. but i will get on that. don't worry! Sooo...
MEET our precious ROXY!
she is the newest edition to the Terry family. We LOVE her. She is sooo playful and just the cutest thing in the entire world! Tonight Bradley taught her to play catch.. she struggles to let go of the ball, but absolutely loves chasing after it. SO cute. The only problem we've had is sleeping at night. She wants to get in bed with us and that is not gonna happen. So we got her a doggy bed... the first night we locked her in our room and the entire night she walked around trying to figure out how to get on the bed. Night #2 we bought her a kennel. put her inside. whining. whining and more whining. ahhh... so i put her kennel on the bed. no whining. good thing we have a huge bed. she will need to learn that its ok if she can't see us! and will sleep on the floor soon. very soon. For now she follows us around everywhere and loves to just lay next to us. Brad says during the day while he studies she just sleeps next to him for hours. She loves playing with her daddy! (brad's gonna kill me if he reads that... don't tell him anyone!) She is the cutest, sweetest, most chill dog ever and we love her. She is our baby. thank goodness maybe this will put off my wanting of a baby for a while longer cause she sure is a lot of work. She will be traveling with us for thanksgiving and can't wait for everyone to meet her!

Happy Birthday and Good luck tomorrow, Bradley! Well... brad is in Vegas right now for one of the job interviews that has been set up. Pray for him that he will get the job then we could live 6 hours from home and anyone could come to vegas and stay with us!!! yay!!! We really wouldn't mind living in Vegas.. especially because this firm has many lds attorneys.. I love the idea of a work atmosphere where everyone shares the same values, especially in a place like vegas.. we all know how corrupt that city is. I fly out bright and early tomorrow to spend the weekend there with him! I can't wait... hopefully he will enjoy the weekend and have some fun for his birthday! So happy 27th Birthday to my love! I am so grateful to have you in my life. I am grateful for the amazing man that you are. You set high goals and achieve them and you work hard to be able to support our family. You have the most amazing personality and can get along with basically anyone. You are smart, handsome, charming and everything I could have ever asked for in a man. I love you!
